1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

6 Betting Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

rtk999The following activities are strictly prohibited on -. If proven, your account will be permanently banned:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting system bugs or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Harassment or fraud against other users.
• Coordinated betting for the purpose of collectively claiming bonuses.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

rtk999 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• For violations of the Terms and Conditions.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳ 100 after 12 months of inactivity. Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded, subject to verification.
